We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the friendly staff who provided us with extra water and helped us print our tickets. The 24-hour room service was also convenient for our late arrival and early departure. We especially enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms with thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes and tea. this hotel provided great value for money.

The location was convenient and close to the railway station. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with clean toilets. The staff were very polite and courteous, always ready to assist with any requests. The food served through room service was delicious and the service was quick.

the complementary breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of a bustling shopping district, surrounded by excellent eateries. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom could use some improvements, with the shower water splashing all over the bathroom floor, and we didn't have tissue paper. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to the mark with dirty marks on the bed sheets and lack of cleanliness.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast had a good variety of items. The room was spacious and amenities such as toothbrushes and hot showers were provided which was great.
Our stay was not the most pleasant. The room was infested with cockroaches, which was a major turn-off.
